A non refundable deposit will be taken upon booking your session which will secure your slot, your deposit amount will vary on which session or package you wish to choose. Your remaining session amount must be paid on arrival to your session, if you are un able to pay the remainder of your session or package amount then the session will unfortunately not go ahead. You will be asked to leave and your slot will be re booked for another time, I have a cancellation notice of 48 hours prior to your session. Giving me 48 hours cancellation notice will entitle you to a free re-book and allows me enough time to try and fill the space if possible.

All sessions take place within my home studio, all i ask is that you please respect my house as if it was your own. Any wet or dirty nappies i will happily dispose of for you, a changing mat is available if you wish to use for comfort in changing your Newborn baby or child. I will provide refreshments during the shoot such as tea, coffee, cold drinks and more, you are more than welcome to bring your own along if you wish.

Before the session begins i will ask you to read and sign a form for breakages, copyright and permission to photograph which will also state whether or not i can publish any photos taken from the session onto my photography social media accounts or website.
Any specific ideas or pictures you think you would like me to capture then put forward your idea's prior to your session and preferably at the time of booking please. I can't guarantee that they will be met but i will try my best as i want to be able to capture portraits you are going to love and cherish forever.

Please do not turn up to your session if you, your little one/ones or anyone else attending the session is unwell, i wouldn't like to become unwell and i wouldn't like to pass illness on to my own children either. If your child is unwell then they are more than likely not going to be in the best of moods for a photoshoot, I would prefer your child to be happy and well during my sessions for a great out come of portraits. If you are unable to turn up due to illness then i will happily re-book you in for another day without you loosing your deposit or having to pay for another one. You will only get one free re-book before having to pay a deposit for another session and the cancellation MUST be 48 hours before.

Once the session has come to an end you will be sent your own private online gallery to view your portraits. My turn around time for your gallery is 14 days maximum. Digital images, USB's, prints, wall art and other photo products are all available to purchase, please view my price list page for those.
